The Volvo sounds sorted so I’d do that, though I prefer the S4 overall. I’m not afraid of doing chains on the S4 myself, but not after paying $8500, and the B6 isn’t the best generation of A4. Both the B5 and B7 are better cars.

I like the volvo. They are much faster/sprotier, ie sleeper car than they are given credit for.

Volvo, that S4 is a serious fucking crack pipe. That price isn’t too far off what it’d cost for one that doesn’t need a timing chain, and the timing chain is something like an $8k job.
